Self-Care
Self-care is an ethical requirement in social work — it’s about doing what feeds you, and discovering how to feed your soul. What makes you pono? Well-being isn’t always something tangible; it could be giving back. This module offers space to reflect, recharge, and explore self-care in a way that aligns with both personal and collective values.
This training is designed to support new staff and can be used as part of onboarding or orientation. It also encourages self-directed learning, allowing participants to set their own learning goals and revisit materials at their own pace.
