Raising children is hard, especially in today’s economy.

Recognizing the stress families face every day, Aloha at Home aims to reduce in-home violence and support keiki development by offering simple ways for ʻohana to build stronger and more healthy relationships.

Simple activities can bring more aloha into the home. A great place to start is learning how to combine Aloha Values with Protective Factors

Hoʻoikaika Partnership is partnering with Aloha at Home to provide a limited supply of free family toolkits.

Aloha at Home is a project of the Safe & Nurturing Families initiative of the of Early Childhood Action Strategy, a statewide public-private collaborative designed to improve the system of care for Hawaii’s youngest children and their families.

At the 2024 Hoʻoikaika Conference, Kanoe Enos, co-founder of ʻAʻaliʻi Alliance, gave a presentation about weaving cultural values with western best practices to reduce instances of in home family violence.
