Hoʻoikaika Cares: Healing the Healers

We would like to invite you to our Hoʻoikaika Cares- Healing the Healers session for March 2024. Healing the Healers is a supportive Hui for Maui providers working with children and families through these challenging times. This session is to provide an opportunity for providers to stop, relax and refill their cups so that they can continue to pour themselves into the community and the families that they serve.

We ask that supervisors and organizations allow staff to attend Healing of Healers on Paid Time, prioritizing and valuing self care and really creating the opportunity for staff to attend these sessions without having to take PTO or come on their time off. As providers and professionals we learn & teach families the importance of self care but many times do not make the time for ourselves.
