Responsive Table

OK, I’m wrangling the newsletter signup form’s fields into a ‘responsive’ table.  ie: it expands or shrinks intellegently when viewed on the desktop, tablet and phone.  I was able to alter an existing 4 column table into a two column table.  The first column will be the field titles and the second column will be the entry fields.

Its 1:00 am so I’m going to call it quits for tonight and continue with this tomorrow.  Hopefully, it goes quickly as it ‘should’ be a simple cut and paste operation into the respective fields.
